New to Yoga

 

Welcome to Yoga - we have a special two-week introductory offer to get you started. There’s no need to book. Please come 20 minutes early to your first class.

 

All our classes are beginner friendly. If you are completely new to yoga, we recommend you check out our Fit Hot Classes or Flow Essentials classes.

Remember that everybody’s physical and mental needs are different and change on a daily basis, so be sure to go at your own pace and take it easy no matter what class you attend. Leave your competitive mind behind and experience a new way of moving and coming to stillness.
