Flow Yoga integrates yoga postures and flowing breath to bring about an energizing and balancing effect of body and mind. Standing and floor postures will challenge your upper body, core and leg strength. Boost your balance on and off the mat. Come and experience new body awareness and flexibility. Step out of this class energized, relaxed and light. Expect to create a heat from inside out.

Beginner and regular students: we all practice on our individual levels. 

Depending on your teacher she/he will incorporate breathing (pranayama) and relaxation techniques. Trust our teachers when they fuse their yoga and life experiences into their class and create a vibe according to the class situation with or without music and other creative and supportive tools.
