Classical yoga postures (asanas) are integrated into a flow of standing and floor postures that strengthen bones, tone muscles and benefit balance. This class combines the most popular and beneficial yoga poses of hatha yoga for a creative and fun fusion class.

Depending on your teacher he/she will integrate breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation techniques in this class.


At Fit Hot Yoga Hobart all Fit Hot Yoga classes are comfortably heated and beginner friendly.
